Steps to Obtaining the Certified Military Relocator® Designation

To Become a Certified Military Relocator® loan officer and or course instuctor the following will need to be completed:

1. Complete the Official Membership Application

2. Submit a copy of a local Criminal Background Check

-   This can be obtained by clicking this link here to our preferred agency.

-   Submit the $99.00 background check fee

-   Submit this application to Info@CertifiedMilitaryRelocator.com

3. Submit a list of your current Realtors that are in your network. Please provide their names and email addresses. This will be used to invite your Realtors to the CMR network.

4. Submit all the above documents via Email to Info@CertifiedMilitaryRelocator.com with New Designation in the Subject line and label each document with Last Name and Document Title (Ex: Smith-Member Application) or mail the documents to the address below:
