• Complete this Official Membership Application
• Submit a Statement of Good Standing with MLS Board
• Submit a copy of a National Criminal Background Check from https://www.backgroundchecks.com* by applying for a $33.45 "Good" background check
• Submit a current photo for display on the Certified Military Relocator® website
